Carnita is one who knows the power of the Word to radically change the inner character as well as the outward form. This knowledge was apprehended through experiencing revolutionary change in her own life. As she began to know the truth, the truth set her free!

Within Carnita lies a heart full of compassion and an urgency and compulsion to light the fire of God within women’s hearts through His Word. She offers tender encouragement to them with sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, a listening ear and a hunger toward obedience. Carnita takes seriously the call upon her life.

That of her appointment to: preach good news to the poor, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim freedom for the captives, release from darkness for the prisoners, comfort for those who mourn, provide for those who grieve, bestow crowns of beauty rather than ashes, distribute oil of gladness instead of mourning, and garments of praise instead of despair. Carnita eagerly awaits, anticipates and hungers for those who are hurting and broken down to be called oaks of righteousness firmly planted of the Lord for the display of His splendor.

With eyes of faith, Carnita sees ahead to the rebuilding of the ancient ruins, the restoration of places long devastated, and the rebuilding of broken generations. She looks forward to the day when our descendants will be known among the nations and their offspring among the people, and all who see them will acknowledge that they are a people the Lord has blessed!

Carnita is the Director / President of Heart to Heart A Ministry for Women in Houston www.heart2hearthouston.org, by laying out the banquet of truth before them. Many have chosen to partake of the feast as they learn biblical trust. Through her own life experiences, God has anointed her to reach out to women with her dynamic perception of His unfailing love.

Carnita and her husband James reside in Houston, TX. They have 3 sons.
